Centrifungal farce
The yolks of two eggs, when
extended by tree resin with
antimicrobial properties, can
colonize about 90% of the pop-
ulation. To immunize against
it, my local medical center is
sharing two home remedies.
Both have great comic timing
& a scene-stealing cast. In one,
a plastic shaping tool lets you
alter a radish until it resembles
a post apocalyptic 22nd century
curling iron. The other remedy,
given depth by a long marinade
of warm bottles of kombucha,
evokes Proustian memories. Soil
health is big business; but do cran-
berries cure urinary tract infections?
